How we evaluate subprocessors

Before engaging a subprocessor, Resplend evaluates the subprocessor's data protection practices, security controls, and contractual obligations to assess whether they meet our standards for handling Customer Data. We require subprocessors to maintain data protection obligations consistent with those Resplend owes to Customer under the Master Services Agreement.
